Facebook come with some legal statement, Attention: Facebook will become owner of all publishing rights to all yours private photos. You simply made some change in your Facebook account setting, go to facebook account setting then on top right corner click on Facebook Ads, in Facebook Ads there is Ads shown by third parties, edit third party settings, choose 'NO ONE' and then save it.
In Facebook statement of rights it's clearly mentioned that when you upload your content, you grant Facebook to use and display the content.
Now Facebook is integrating their content along with third party website for social advertising, such information appears in sidebar according to your link and likeness.
