Osama Bin Laden killed


Al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden killed by US forces in Pakistan in Sunday night. He killed in ground operation near Islamabad, accused of 9/11/2011 attack on New York and Washington. US president says after "firefight" Bin Laden was killed and his body taken by US forces. He was in US most wanted list after 9/11 attack, before 9/11, Laden was in FBI’s ten most wanted list. Laden involved in firefight with US soldiers in Somalia in 1993 and attack on USS Cole in October 2000. He was born in Saudi Arabia in 1957; he is the 17 children of 52 in a family. He evaded the forces of US despite a $25m bounty on his head.

Mr. Clinton's successor, President George W Bush, described the news as a "momentous achievement". "The fight against terror goes on, but tonight America has sent an unmistakable message: No matter how long it takes, justice will be done," 
          
Former US President Bill Clinton said in a statement: "This is a profoundly important moment not just for the families of those who lost their lives on 9/11 and in al-Qaeda's other attacks but for people all over the world who want to build a common future of peace, freedom, and cooperation for our children."
On Sunday, the president said he ordered an operation carried out by a US troops to kill bin Laden in Pakistan. They did so after a firefight, bringing out the al Qaeda leader's body with them after their mission was complete.
"His demise should be welcomed by all who believe in peace and human dignity," Obama said in a speech announcing bin Laden's death. "Justice has been done." 
He evaded the forces of the US and its allies for almost a decade, despite a $25m bounty on his head.

Due to death of Osama Bin Laden dollar rebounds across the board. Dollar up to 81.55 yen, from earlier lows of 80.97 yen. The dollar is expected to rebound towards next resistance levels of $1.4710-20, $1.0850-60 on the euro, Aussie respectively.
